The first year I called and complained that the system wasn?t working right. He came back and recharged the system about three times. The second and third year, I called expressing that I thought there was a leak in the system to which he said there was no way. He said it must have been an expansion and contraction of the pipes that is solved by re-charging the system. He sent out his son to recharge it and that didn?t work. When I called and complained again, they sent the owners son out to replace the thermostat, they thought this would solve the problem. It did not. Then in March, the brother (who took over the services) came out and replaced the coil when he found a leak. This solved the leak but it still wasn?t working right. When I told him what was happening they said it wasn?t possible and said they would come out, which they never did. I contacted them three times with no response. I ended up called a different company to come check it out who told me that there was some shorts in the wire for the thermostat and said that there was lousy installation and service. The system works great now! He also told us that there was a 10 year warranty on the system. We found out from the manufacturer that it was actually only for 1 year and we would have to pay more for a 10 year.
