Our Jeep has a lot of miles on it but it still looks good. We have good service from it and want to keep it for a few more years. Have heard from some friends that have had their car serviced at Stevensons and thought that even though it was a drive for us we would give it a try. We had first called and asked for a price qoute for shocks, damper and tires. We then checked around and found that the price was competitive with local repair shops. We are picky about who works on our car and had heard good reviews about Stevensons. We took our Jeep down there and the shop was easy to get to and find. The service writer greeted us, found out what we were there for and got our vehicle into the shop. We were introduced to the owner, Bill, who thanked us for coming to his shop. He told us that it would be awhile but I chose to wait. It's a nice area to walk around and there are a couple of restaurants close by. He kept to the price qouted even though he ran into some problems due to the age and miles on the Jeep. The Chicago winters are rough on a car! When finished we were happy with the work done. Now we are set for a vacation trip.

Excellent ! Very friendly and efficient. Got job done very quickly. Was pleased he would use my part instead of demanding to get one himself and mark up price. Charged for ACTUAL time for job, not "book" rate.
