I still don’t know what exactly happened. I called this firm on Monday, August 14, 2017 and asked to have a shower faucet installed and asked for an appointment as late in the afternoon as possible. The receptionist offered an appointment on Monday, August 21, 2017 between 4:00 and 5:00. On Friday August 18 at 1:18 the same receptionist left a message stating that the guys finished up their previous job and had time to service me if there was someone at the house. I didn’t get that message until Saturday evening so I did nothing and waited for my appointment. No one showed; at 5:00 I phoned and the same receptionist stated that she left a message stating that they couldn’t do it then, it needed more time. When I repeated back her message to me she denied it and did not offer an alternative appointment. I didn’t even get into the fact that she set the appointment, I don’t even know their work hours. Anyway no faucet. This is my first Angie’s List experience; I attempted to use a Contractor you guys scored an“A” and he didn’t even show. We have an obligation to each other here.

"Good Morning, I am the office manager. The message I left you on the 18th said that we had time that day to do your faucet and that we were not able to do it Monday as it was too late in the day and that it would take more than the hour I had thought, so we had to reschedule Mondays appointment if you could not do it the previous Friday when I had called. I also said for you to call us back and let us know. You didn't call until Monday at your previous set appointment time asking if we were coming although I said we needed to reschedule in the message. As soon as I said that you said okay and hung up the phone without letting me give you an alternative day and time. Our hours of operation are from 8am to 5pm. Our hours are stated on Angie's List as well as our website and our Facebook page. I apologize for any confusion."

It went extremely well!! They were very professional. Knew everything that needed to be done. They completely installed a dishwasher for me and I couldn't be more happy with the results. I got fast prompt service along with a great price. I was quoted at least $450.00 with other companies. The owner was extremely helpful for the price. They are a local family business who has been around for over 70 years. I could not ask for better service!!
