 + 1 moreI had paid Tom Mittler $6000 for windows never received them. He had done plumbing and electrical work which didn't pass city code I had to pay to have it all redone. His ceramic floor tiles were moving and broke had too rip it all up. I had gone to court I won a judgement and he can not be found. He hasn't paid me a dime. STAY AWAY
Description of Work: Stay away from him.
