Tub leaked to ceiling below Handle on incorrectly installed Had to redo the floor----done so poorly Didn't match the current trim color Had to relevel the tub Toilet lid has never fit correctly Burned the inside of cabinets...didn't realize this til later. Initial contact was good. They were professional and courteous. Once they started work they worked quickly and accurately. Their workmanship appeared flawless. However, a year later, the new fan that was installed upstairs burnt out. I tried contacting them numerous times. I could never get them to come out and troubleshoot the issue. So I decided to just deal with it on my own. At first I thought we may have just gotten dud. I'm no stranger to installing fans so went and bought a new one and installed it the same day. A week later, it burned out. I measured the voltage at the wiring at the fan and it was 60 volts less than at the switch. All of the wiring was brand new and they had to run it for all of the new components. If their work lasted more than a year or if they would at least attempt to correct any issues, I would easily give them an A+ for everything. Unfortunately, this isn't the case.
