They were a little behind schedule, but other than that they were great. We had a problem with one of the doors, they came and looked at it. Yesterday they replaced it.

Terrible. The quality of work is unacceptable, but worst of all the doors themselves are substandard, no matter who sells "American Weather Seal" doors do NOT under any circumstance buy them, not even if they are free! The Owner of the company, Mr. Howard Offen, is very nice and understanding and I believe that he wants to provide quality work. But ruined the off white carpet in our living room. It took them 5 days to install the doors. The workers are never on time. There is no communication between the installers and the office (Ken). They forgot critical parts that I noticed were missing, had I not noticed they would have never been installed correctly. Poor quality of installation, sloppy caulking. The doors themselves have holes in them at the top and bottom (1"x.5") letting in cold air, losing gas and electricity. They filled the holes in, but the doors still leak air. At this point, if I could get 100% of my money back and have the doors replaced I would.
