I called Art's Repair this morning and informed them of the issue I have been having with my dryer not heating up. I, also, inquired how much it would cost for an inspection and if I could get someone today, due to I was having a party tomorrow and wanted to do some laundry. She informed me that it would be tops $150 including the repair. (She could have stated a lower number, I just do not recall). Also, she said she would squeeze me in this afternoon. I believe Steve came out just after 1pm and had the repair finished in 30mins. The cost was about $130 and my dryer is working great. Another plus was he had the coils needed for my dryer with him so I didn't have to have another service call waiting for the parts. This is a small family owned company and I would definitely recommend. They were professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and able to work with my schedule. I was informed they do all appliance repair including furnace / AC. I would suggest to give this company a call when you are in need of a repair.

They did what they said they were going to do. They were on time and everything went well.

Our dryer stopped working, we had to have a new thermostat. The work was completed the same day and we didn't have to wait for parts to be ordered

The repairman was on time and very professional. He explained the problem and fixed it in the least expensive way. The cost was very reasonable. I have used this repair service before and found it reliable.

I manage the property in question for an out of state client. The tenant reported a problem with a burner on their stove being loose and had some concerns about it but confirmed there was no gas leak. Their phone then became inoperable and I was unable to contact her. Miraculously she had full working new phone and new number when her air conditioning went out. I immediately jumped on Angie's List to see if I could find a company who could handle both A/C and large appliances and was happy to find there were several. I contacted another company on a Friday and they sent someone out on Saturday. The tech told me the A/C unit was frozen solid and he wouldn't be able to check the unit until it melted but he was almost positive it would need to be replaced. I think he quoted me $3500-$4000 for a new unit. I've had to deal with many A/C units requiring servicing and didn't appreciate his alarmist angle. He also said he would need parts for the stove and would have to go to the shop to look them up.I immediately hopped back online and called Art's Repair. They got someone out on Monday who fixed both the A/C unit and the stove on the spot with no parts. Total charge. I was out of town when the repair was done so I wasn't able to interact with the tech but the customer service rep was awesome - friendly and very informative.

Steve, was to show up between 11:00 and 1:00 he was here at 11 sharp! he came in and looked at the oven and did a test, went to the truck came in with a part and in quick time my oven was working. We started talking about heating the house, and I asked if he could put a green furance that would be low cost to run and he had two diffrent ones he works with and I will say that in 60 days I will have a new furnace in my house installed by Steve. Great person to Know!!

They were very punctual and honest. We have had them out for other repairs in the past and will use this company again in the future.

I called in the morning and he stated he would call me back, which he did very promptly - He stated that someone could come before noon, which they did - The repair man was able to just listen to my dryer, realized the problem, had a part in the truck and replaced it - all work was done and completed within a half hour - He replaced the blower wheel for proper air flow through the dryer - and cleaned out the built up lint in the door - Service man was very cordial and polite - I was very happy with the service and will use them again when needed in the future for any other appliance services -

His prices are reasonable. He does a good job.

They diagnosed the problem over the phone by my description. They ordered the part and when it came in they called me to set up an appointment to install it. They came and replaced the part and now our oven works perfectly.
