Arrived promptly with phone calls beforehand to verify date and time; the owner had several helpers with her and they very quickly set up and started cleaning various rooms with any necessary instructions from me.
They were very efficient and careful, very thorough.  Cleaned kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bathrooms (we have a small house); they vacuumed, dusted, cleaned floors, sinks, tub, toilets, counters and cabinets.
I asked how it would work if I wanted the oven cleaned during a future date and they said if I prepared beforehand by spraying the oven with cleaner about an hour or so before they arrived, they would clean it for an extra $25.  That sounds reasonable to me, because I have never been able to really get the oven clean, no matter what I use or how long I spend on it.  I know it takes a while to do and it adds time on to their regular cleaning routine.  They will also do windows for an extra fee and can make arrangements for any other special requests.
The owner answered all my questions, told me all her employees are licensed, insured and have all the coverages/benefits that business employees should get, which is great.
I was happy with the results and I would use them again.

It was not a good experience. On Angie’s List website, I saw an $80 coupon for four hours of cleaning and called her up about that offer. When I said that the house was empty, she said that the coupon was only for cleaning a condo. I said okay and asked them how much it would cost me to have some parts of my house  cleaned. They quoted $175 which was a bit pricey but I still said okay. Two woman came around noon. I gave them instructions on what to clean first but they did not listen, one even left early when her job is still not done. I was not at all satisfied with the cleaning that did to the house and they even charged me more. The other lady did a fairly good job though.

It went well, they were very efficient.

Before listing my dad's emptied house for sale, I hired DM Industrial Janitorial Service to do a very thorough cleaning -- washing windows, floors, cabinets, blinds, appliances, etc. They did a great deal of work, and I was very satisfied with the price. Donna's customer service is fantastic, and she was a super nice woman to work with.

The actual price of the job was more than the coupon discounted rate that we paid for.  There was miscommunications, and the coordinator could have been more professional and have better customer service.

The service was excellent.  The only negative I can say is that one of the blades on a ceiling fan I have got slightly chipped. Otherwise, these women did a fantastic job.  I have several cleaning services in my home, but this one was by far the best.  They cleaned areas that other services barely look at.  I will continue to use this service in the future.  Overall, definitely worthy of the high ratings they seem to constantly get.

I used D M Janitorial Service Inc, on Tuesday. They were prompt, professional and very pleasant to be around. They did an excellent job cleaning my home. they did more than I expected them to do. I am very pleased with their service. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I was also very comfortable leaving them at my home alone while I ran some errands.

Overall it went pretty well.  Upon Donna's arrival, I gave her a list of things that I wanted done and after a walk-through of my home, she quoted me a price of $95.00 per month.  My complaints are as follows:1.  Wanted to charge an extra $25.00 to clean out refrigerator (even though it was on the list that I gave her).  2.  A few times they would not clean clean the oven.3.  Did not clean the top of a cabinet located in basement a few times (small oversight, no big deal).4.  Too many calls from Donna to either change the date of the cleaning or the time.  5.  One of the cleaners broke a baseball trophy belonging to my son and did not mention it to me.  They just left it on the floor.The two ladies that cleaned my house were very professional and went to work right away.  If the things that I have listed above had been done properly, I would still use them.  Even though the trophy was broken, they should have apologized.  I know that accidents do happen.  Items 1, 4 and 5 combined together made me come to the decision not to use them anymore.  I could live with items 2 and 3.

I called to set up an appointment with Donna for an initial deep cleaning estimate and to see if they would be able to accommodate my schedule for subsequent cleanings every two weeks.  Donna showed up on time with the woman who would actually be doing the work, which I thought was genius.  They went through the entire house and called me a short time later with an estimate, the date they would be able to do the deep clean and what cleaning products I should get in preparation.  I somehow got the date wrong, but Donna and her team were able to reschedule and were very forgiving of my mistake.   The two ladies showed up for the deep clean on time and ready to work.  The cleaned the house from top to bottom, mopping the floors on their hands and knees with old sheets and rags they asked me to have on hand.  They cleaned the windows, the blinds, the floorboards, every crack and crevice.  I didn’t have a chance to deep clean before I moved in, and the house certainly had not been deep cleaned since then, so having a clean house felt pretty good.    The same ladies come every two weeks at the same time to clean and I couldn’t be happier with their services, their kindness or their attitudes.  They manage to make everything clean again in a time frame that doesn’t even seem realistic.  Where all the mounds of dog and cat hair goes, I don’t even want to know.  They organized my cluttered counter to open up more space on my countertop without having to be asked, and I honestly, it’s not something I would have known to ask.     I have 2 big dogs and 2 cats that, to my surprise, are free to roam the house while they are cleaning.  I love the fact that they use old rags that I can sanitize myself every two weeks instead of some disposable product that’s going to end up in a landfill somewhere.  The house always smells and looks awesome when they leave.  I look forward to having them in my house.

The services went ok, a few times there was surface cleaning, for example the mirrors had streaks on them, or there was areas in the bathroom that I still seen dirt. I can surface clean, wanted to pay someone to "deep" clean. I work full time and it was very nice to come home to a clean house. I stopped the service to pay some extra bills off, might re-hire, being I'm so fussy it hard to find someone to clean the way I do...

They are always on time and here when they are suppose to be. They are polite and orderly. I never have to clean up after them. Everything is put back in place like it should be. They are kind people to deal with and their prices are very fair. Their work is exceptional. My husband and I really do appreciate all they do.

The two person crew cleaned the five ceiling fans, all the floors, kitchen countertops and cabinets, the three bathrooms, and shelving in other rooms.   They arrived about 30 minutes late, which made me late for a doctor's appointment.  The crew basically did a good job, but their cleaning did not include removal of some dried paint drips on the floors, so I had to spend several hours the next day doing that work myself.

Her name is Donna.  They come out every two weeks to our house.  They come out whenever we call them.  They are very good and very friendly.  We've been using them for 11 years.  We haven't had one problem till date.  We pay them each time they come out.  We put a lot of trust in them.  We have had a good experience.

Donna is professional and great to work with.  House looked great.  I'm having them come back for monthly cleanings. 

She did a great job, my tenant was quite satisfied with her and I would use her again in the future. 

The work is comprehensive, and it includes dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and that kind of thing. Overall, they do an excellent job. They are punctual, and their price is competitive with everybody else. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

The team of ladies does a wonderful job cleaning my home from top to bottom, doing all the basics... I recommended them to my neighbor and she is very pleased with their service also. My mom, who is very exacting about cleaning, was visiting for a month and praised their work! They are trustworthy, thorough and very responsive. When a special event is occurring and I need an extra cleaning or a different day, they do all they can to make sure I have what I need. I highly recommend this company.

I called around to several different companies to do a move out cleaning for my old house. Several people I talked to just asked me what my square footage was and then blurted some astronomical price at me. D M Industrial actually took the time to listen to what my needs were and was able to meet my budget as well as my cleaning needs. When the ladies came to clean my home they were uniformed and friendly. The house looked brand new. They got the job done faster than what the estimate was for, so the cleaning cost less than what I was quoted. Thank you D M Industrial

It was incredible. Two hardworking and friendly people came and immediately went to work! They cleaned, scrubbed and polished my home until it sparkled! The entire first floor of my home is hardwood flooring and they vacuumed and washed every inch (washing the floors entirely on their hands and knees). They wiped down all of my white trim (there is a lot!) and cleaned all of the doors and light switches. I have 3 active kids and a dog and the girls worked so hard to make the home look as though it was brand new. They scrubbed all 6 bathrooms to a shine. We have used many cleaning services in the past and have never been this happy. I would be happy to recommend this company to everyone that I know!

They do a great job. I have never had a complaint ever. They are thorough and professional. The owner who is Donna still calls to make sure they do a good job. I am extremely happy wth this company and I would give them my highest recommendation.
