HAIRE VETERINARY CLINIC

My family and I was helping a friend of mine take his pets to the vet July 1st 2020, since he isn't able to because of work. The front desk lady, Nikki, was very unprofessional, and rude. She admitted to not keeping track with the schedule and pets even though her schedule book is in front of her. She was on her personal phone twice while sitting in front of her desk. Try to say I wasn't on time, when I'm always a few minutes early. Have always been on time last year and this year. Then Nikki went to the back to talk badly about my mother, and I to Dr. Bailey, and other staff members. Mainly about missing or being late to some appointments 3 years ago! Who acts like that while working. Dr. Bailey also gets one star. She has been unprofessional with me more than once, and has said stuff that seems uncalled for, especially if I feel like the animals are not in a good setting or stressful environment at the clinic. To Nikki: That does not give you any right to do that in a professional setting. Also don't accept appointments if you can't keep track or too busy. Do your job. Period. Very disappointed with these staff members. Lost us as customers forever. I would recommend Meller James Vet Clinic, the staff is nice and friendly there or Lakeside Vet Hospital if you have an emergency. The only professional in that clinic is Dr. Haire himself if you still choose this place to take your pet(s) to. Hope this helps. Now let get on with our miserable lives 2020.

They are pretty reasonable. Dr. Haire is pretty honest and he won't ask you to spend money on stuff that you don't need to and the environment is pretty clean.
