This was a lousy job I just got this done yesterday 10/8 ok first they came out to patch the holes which they did not patch all of them and then it took another 2 weeks for them to seal coat it The next day I woke up because they did it @ night don't know how . You can see the Patches and it was not sealed enough looks like they put a watered down seal coating I will never go here again and I will not recommend anyone they use watered down products or something .Now I have to get money for some real professional to come out.

Wolfs was able to get me on the schedule within a reasonable amount of time. Office staff was helpful and the crew was very professional. I'm very satisfied with the work I got done. Will be using again.

Where do I begin?? Well two very young men came out and poured what looked like black water onto driveway. I was sitting there watching them. I asked them why I did not see them treat the oil stains and the man said he forgot but it would be ok he will put some stuff on at that time. It is supposed to be on before the sealcoating.
The next day when I went out there I noticed that the cracks were still there and there were lines all over like a painter that left lines on your wall. I called and spoke to a lady she told me that the cracks were not included but they could come out and charge me for filling the cracks. I told her my contract says that they are included in the price. Getting no where with her I then talked to the owner who was very rude and ignorant to me. He said I am wasting his time and his staff time.
I then disputed this charge with my credit card company and they said the owner wanted me to get another company to come out and agree that they did a bad job. I sent the contract into the credit card company and Wolf's Sealcoating did also but on their copy they put a lot of changes that are not on the original copy . Their contract specifically says that Satisfaction is guarenteed but obviousely they don't care . I have never had a job that cost this much and was done this bad in the ten years I have lived in my new home. I was not going to pay someone to come out now to satisfy Wolfs Sealcoating.
Conclusion is 1. Rude People working there including the owner
2. Materials very poor
3. Work not done to satisfaction

"We had you on our schedule to come out and re crack fill. When we called you the night before to confirm you told us not to come out if we were not going to reseal as well.. Sometimes crack sealant sinks due to unknown depths. so as your request we took you off. Next thing we get a letter from the credit company, we got the contract over to them showing that you were not even charged for the crack sealing.. after our money was credited back you call and want us to come back to crack seal.. something we were going to do in the 1st place.. We like are customers to be 100 % satisfied with our work, Everyone makes mistakes, We tried to fix ours. We are very sorry"

I had Wolf out in the spring to sealcoat my driveway and showed them some minor cracks that appeared over the winter and that needed to be filled in before they started. I understood that sealing those would cost extra and I had no problem with that. They also told us to go out and buy some crack filler to make it fill in better--- isn't that why we were calling them?? After they were finished, the cracks were still open, so I called them back. They came out later in the week to finish the job properly and I felt that the drive could benefit from another treatment before winter. In early September, I called them to set up an appointment for repeat treatment and left a message--nobody returned my call. A week later, I called again an was told they would be out sometime before the end of the month and that they would call the night before to let me know when. Another month went by with no call, no treatment. When I called again, I was told they were done doing residential treatments and maybe next spring they would get it done. I informed the woman that my drive really needed another treatment and that I felt them blowing me off repeatedly wasn't very professional. She did apologies, but that doesn't mean a thing as my driveway is now cracked again because it didn't get treated before winter. I'm now calling another company who can do it right the first time.

"very sorry for no returned call, this year has been very busy and we are expanding our office. the work we did for you was last june 2014 and we did make a second trip out to touch up cracks. As far as us asking you the customer to buy crack sealant and crack seal your own driveway seems off, I will talk to my girls here in the office to see why that could have been said, IF it was the expansions joint which is where the asphalt pulls away from the concrete, yes we do not fill that area due to unknown depth,. Once again sorry"

They promptly returned my call to schedule our appointment. The initial work order included patching some cracks, but they weren't filled in completely due to settling of the material. They wanted us to be 100% happy and came back out the next day to redo the area that settled. They were fantastic!

They were great and they were prompt. The price was average but they cleaned up after themselves and did a great job.
