WOLF'S SEAL COATING INC

They took a few weeks to get around to the work but with the rain we were getting that was understandable. My driveway seems like it was minimally coated even though I was charged extra for a first time seal coat. There are some patches where the seal coating has already worn off and it's only been a few weeks. I arranged to have them seal coat multiple driveways on my block on the same day. When they did my neighbor's driveway a hose broke spraying black tar all over the sidewalk and yard also getting some on the house brick. These houses are only one year old so the sidewalks and houses all look very nice and unworn. Now there's black tar all over the sidewalk. After a month of phone calls Wolf's has yet to remove the stains. They assured my neighbors they would be able to clean everything, but they haven't. The neighbor asked them to not cash their check until it was resolved, and they agreed- but then cashed it anyway!!! There were cheaper estimates, but we all figured it was better to pay more and have the driveways done well. We feel we overpaid for a crap job!!

Overall, it was very frustrating to deal with this company. The work was originally scheduled for 8/12 and they never arrived. I called the office a couple of times that day and each time was assured they were on their way. To make matters worse, the office closes at 4:30 PM while the crews are still out working, so it's impossible to get any information after 4:30. The next day the excuses began.

• The crew was behind schedule because a new man was slowing them down. 
• The crew decided to postpone my service because of the threat of rain in the forecast.
• The crew forgot to carry their cell phone that day.

 If they had simply called and explained, I might have understood. Instead they left me sitting and waiting all day. 

They rescheduled the work for 8/14 and I was not home when the work was done. The contract included 43 feet of crack repairs and afterward it was very obvious that nothing had been done with the cracks. Also one of the workers left black tar boot prints on our concrete porch which is adjacent to the driveway. I called to report these issues and a few days later another employee arrived at our house. He did apologize and offered more excuses for why the cracks were missed. "The crew must have been in a hurry." He repaired the cracks and said someone else would be out to clean the boot prints. We're still waiting for that to happen.

 I got three other quotes. they were the cheapest quote but it looked great. Highly recommend them. I will have them re do this year again.
