Very professional. Came to the house with samples, prices and tape measure. They were not pushy at all. I had already had estimates from 2 other carpeting businesses and they came in about $1000.00 cheaper. They ordered the carpet and it actually came in a couple of days early, they called and asked if they could install earlier than projected. They came in and installed the carpet and did a beautiful job. (They are hard workers) They cleaned up after themselves. Very, very happy from start to finish..
