My wife was riding it the large nut holding the pedal in place came lose. I took it in and they tightened it for free since it was still under warranty. We rode some more and the nut came lose again, but this time the bike was out of warranty. I still had all of the paperwork from the first repair, but they tried to charge me $62 for a kit that would fix the problem. He said he couldn't help me since the bike was out of warranty now. The idea that the same/existing issue happened out of warranty and they wouldn't fix it was very unprofessional to me. It's a very nice bike and I like it very much, but I would never go back so Sumbaum.
