It's usually about 10 minutes. They're friendly, no problems at all. They're funny and they ask about my family. They just tell me how to maintain my vehicle and tell me to come back in 3 months and have a nice day.

I've been with them since I've been driving, about 24 years. They are very professional, very knowledgeable, and friendly. I feel at home when I go to them. They usually try to negotiate with me to help me out with the price. I know the guy and it's a very nice place. It has that home town feel. I go about 4 times a year for service.

We’ve been taking our cars there for years, because of the manager, Chuck. He is very helpful. I can’t say that there is anything that we disliked.

I've used this company for several years and they are the most honest helpful people we've ever dealt with. My husband found them originally. He died last year and they have been so caring and kind to me. I had transmission problems and it turned out to be a spring. I feel so cared for at a very vulnerable time in my life. I can't say enough good things about this company. They are simply THE BEST!!!

Everything went well. They were done very fast. My only complaint is the expense.

I had a really weird problem where I couldn't get the car out of park and I was stuck in a parking lot. After getting it towed to sooper lube, they notified me that this was a fairly common issue on some Dodge vehicles. Huh? They gave me a reasonable estimate, so I had them replace the shifter assembly and I had my car back in under a day. The shifter looks and works like new. This is a great shop and they do great work. I normally just get oil changes but have used them for mechanic work in the past. It has always been a great experience and better value than many car dealers. If you are near Joliet IL and your car is out of warranty and in need of some mechanical work, I would highly recommend sooper lube.

Great! I was in and out within 15 mins. I ended up returning an hour later with a second vehicle for the same service.
