SIMPLE GREEN LANDSCAPING

I know more weight is given to jobs where work was actually done, but BEWARE of these guys and their incredibly poor communication. I can't imagine the quality of their work is as bad as their administrative blunders. I submit a request online Wednesday the 11th. I get a call on the Friday the 13th from one of their sales reps and I completely regret not being able to answer it. This person read my post and understood what was happening with my lawn disease. Encouraging and informative message he left. My 2nd regret was not saving the message...I simply called back the number that called me (only 20 minutes later) and that's when things went off the track... "Everybody is on lunch, I'll have to have a sales rep call you back". So I'm put in contact with a different rep who doesn't have the same passion but says essentially the same thing. Then he tells me they can get out to me within a week, but that they can put a "rush" on the job and that "early next week" sounds reasonable. So I hear nothing "early next week" and call them on Wednesday. "We don't know when someone will be out, so we will just have to call you the night before". This was not from a sales rep...just a person answering phones. I hear nothing Thursday either...so "within a week" is dwindling fast. Knowing they close at 4:30, I call them at 3:30 Thursday and can't get thru to anybody. On hold for almost 45 minutes until I stared dialing random extensions to speak with a human. A kind lady named Vivian said she'd pass on my info to a customer service rep since. I get a call from Gail who basically tells me that she will find out what is happening the next day and call me Friday morning the 20th. With no guarantee of work coming, I get ahold of another company and they said they can come out next day. I tell this to Gail the next morning ( who is calling me to tell me that a crew is coming out today!). She is upset with me for scheduling another service saying "you didn't say you were calling someone else". So...where was my call that someone was coming out? There was absolutely no communication from this company at any point along the way except from that first message from a rep there that I never got to speak with. Well over a week has expired and my lawn disase worsened. These people had me hanging by a thread the entire time and never seemed to care. Then I get rebuked for actually calling someone else who could make it out the next day.
