I wanted my yard to look extra good after a year of cutting and maintaining myself so I saw Pro Lawn on Angies List and decided to go with them.
They do cut, edge, some fertilization and I paid an additional $160 for them to dethatch which I am still waiting for (they said either June or October). My contract stated 28 cuts for the season. I think the biggest problem I am having with them is that they are supposed to pull out the weeds and they do a real lousy job with that..
When I speak to Tim, the owner?? He is very kind but the workers still do as they see fit unless I am home and can watch them and show them where all the weeds are.
I think I will go back to doing my own grass next year...
much cheaper and I can fertilize and pull weeds when needed which seems to be constantly.
