+ -1 moreThey took care of the problem.The issue was the age of the generator.They came out, and they fixed it and they replaced whatever part needed to be replaced at that time with no charge so they did a good job.

+ -1 moreWe recently had our generator upgraded. It was a few parts that needed to be replaced.They had a girl come out and do the repair and because the generator is 12 years old, it's like opening a can of worms, if you will. So once you start working on stuff other things can go wrong.They were very accurate in diagnoses the problem. They did a good job in replacing the part and there was an issue with a gas leak, it was a minor thing.They sent somebody out the very next day and took care of it with no cost and they guarantee their work.I was very happy with everything.

Description of Work: Pierro Electric did two jobs for me. They relocated my electrical service due to a broken electrical feed under a concrete drive, That was done timely and professionally, And work was coordinated with Will county and Com Ed. The second was to install an 11 kw generator. I got a good price, work was done timely, professionally, and all in one day. I recommend Pierro for most electrical construction. I am a project engineer and deal with contractors for a living and Pierro is a good one.
