They took care of the problem.The issue was the age of the generator.They came out, and they fixed it and they replaced whatever part needed to be replaced at that time with no charge so they did a good job.

We recently had our generator upgraded. It was a few parts that needed to be replaced.They had a girl come out and do the repair and because the generator is 12 years old, it's like opening a can of worms, if you will. So once you start working on stuff other things can go wrong.They were very accurate in diagnoses the problem. They did a good job in replacing the part and there was an issue with a gas leak, it was a minor thing.They sent somebody out the very next day and took care of it with no cost and they guarantee their work.I was very happy with everything.

They were on time for the estimate and the install. Paul and Ed did a great job installing the generator which involved moving natural gas lines and installing a new breaker box on just about the hottest day of the year. When finished Paul took the time to go over the maintenance and instruction manual with me and they cleaned up after themselves.
