Pappas Contracting

Built a beautiful deck for us several years ago and finished it in a very timely fashion considering they had to fight rainstorms virtually every day. Gave us exactly what we wanted at a very competitive price. Highly recommended.

Pappas Contracting was amazing! We had our deck totally replaced. They took care of all of the demo and removal of the old deck, built a beautiful new deck, and gave us great suggestions as we were unsure of sizing, etc. They even were able to make our daughters' dreams come true by building a clubhouse for our twins right underneath the deck. It's absolutely beautiful. Larry was such a great contractor- he even checked a leak we had on the interior of our home and was able to identify and fix the problem for us the same day that we noticed. I'll definitely be contacting them for our next home project.

I LOVE my new floors. The walls look amazing. You would never know that there was any water damage in there. Couldn't be happier. Pappas construction is the only place I call when I need something fixed or remodeled. I love supporting local businesses and in my book, they are the best. Their prices quoted were often cheaper than their competitors.

We hired Larry- Pappas Contracting on 7/14/2019 to build a concrete slab for shed. Jeff & I paid the agreed amount- Larry broke ground 7/15/2019 - then decided he didn't have enough materials, concrete mix, ect... so Jeff & I got charged another $500. "NOT FAIR" A couple days later larry was done. "HE SAID" the concrete slab looked fine by eye. We paid Larry all balance in full right away. Tuff Shed appointment is Aug 21st. So Here is Aug 21st. Concrete slab is not even its over 3 and 1/2 inches off on front side on slab. 21/2 off in middle of slab. I called larry while tuff shed was here, had Larry Talk to Tuffshed. Hes was very rude and mad hung up on us. I called him back he said he be here in 1hr. He got here apologized for his work blame it on everything, settled, bad mix, ect... I accrued a reschedule fee do to Larry not completing concrete slab correctly. Larry is refusing to pay- as he says it not his fault nor problem. Not taking FULL responsibility for all his work. Ok- so 2nd time Larry comes over- he just takes bags of store mix concrete - dumped them on the slab- and said here you go! It was a HOT mess. looks like super crap now. Called him back 3rd time. blew us off for a good week before addressing the crappy repair work. When larry came back 3rd time and he used more store bought mix and dumped on top. so on now 2 pours of concrete. So total is 3 POURS now. WHAT HAPPENED TO ONE SOLID CONCRETE SLAB I PAID FOR? still look rough but better then 2nd time. Larry Not taking FULL responsibility for his work. Cussed me out told me take him to court. I'm so upset and disappointed in the workmanship I received from Larry- Pappas. It was not quality work, Larry is very difficult to deal with and was rude to me. WHAT ABOUT LONG TERM QUALITY? I'M AFRAID TO PUT SHED ON THAT. I FEEL LARRY HAS TERRIBLE WORK ETHICS. It's not fair Larry can do such poor quality of work and think that's fine.
