I could not open the door with the garage door opener. The company told me that they would be out within a couple of hours and they did. They fixed the garage door quickly and professionally.

orginal call, they came out at the time of the appoinment, gave a written job order and answered all my questions. on the day of installation, came out when scheduled and completed the job in time, proper cleanup and excellent workmanship. before leaving, made sure I was happy with the job and everything worked to my satisfaction.
