"Thanks for taking the time for the review. I'm sorry to here that you were partially disappointed with the repair. If I understand things correctly it seems that the service technician ultimately installed the springs that balanced the weight of the door and even though it took two attempts to make sure the correct springs were installed there was no additional charges for the additional labor to install the second set of springs. Our servicemen often run into doors that have had the incorrect springs installed on them sometimes by companies that do not do a accurate job and that may be why Steve was questioning what he found on the door. I'm actually glad to know that he made sure he left the door with the correct size springs installed."
.It went well. I met with Ron, after we emailed back and forth, scheduled an appt for him to come out. [ I had used this company before to repair my garage door opener] He and I discussed what we [my wife and I] wanted. Matt the installer was prompt, professional, very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Matt did not do the framing, a man named Dave came, he also was professional and knowledgeable and did a great job. The entry looks great, and he even caulk around the entry. Unfortunately, the windows we ordered were not the ones that came in. The company offered an apology and a discount if we want to keep the current windows that were installed or they will ordered the ones we orginally wanted.
After all the work was completed, Matt patiently explained all the features to my wife and I. When Matt left, everything was cleaned, no mess, and he even swept the garage floor.
