Sometimes they cut the yard too low so I call them and tell them not to do that. They don't consistently meet my standards,

It is a package and it was four or five of them for $169. They are the cheapest around. The guy has the tendency to run through the whole lot kind of low. It was just that a young kid did it and he was not getting the whole lot. We called and said that they had not done part of the backyard. He came and spayed where he should not and over sprayed and killed some of the grass.

Highly recommend them. And the $154 is the price for a year of fertilization. Aeration is extra. I only do that once a year.

They did my neighbors and my house across the street. They were very reasonable price. The treatment is safe for plants and pets. The lady I called and the guy who came out were both professional. The treatment was very affective.

Have been using this service for about the last 5 years. I'm usually not home or asleep (work rotating shifts) when they are providing services but have been friendly when encountered. Weed and disease control in lawn usually pretty effective but still need to occasionally treat a few individual weeds and disease spots personally. Have crab apple trees susceptible to apple scab, shrub roses susceptible to black spot and aphids, and burning bush susceptible to mites. Foliar spray either not very effective, or not applied often enough as have these problems return every year. Have called them to come and check on these tree and shrub problems and they do so, usually in a fairly timely manner but once was over a week before they came and by then the burnish bush had pretty much been defoliated by mite damage, and roses bottom 1/3 to 1/2 defoliated due to black spot. my yard usually looks very good and consistently gets compliments from neighbors and passers-by so have not tried other lawn care companies. I know time is money for them, but a little more time spent on details would have me rank them higher. Since I rarely am available when their lawn specialist is there, I do not have the opportunity to discuss issues with them while they are present.

Great! Jeremiah arrived the next day after I called and applied the necessary sprays to help control the apple scab. He sprayed vigorously and afterward said if the problem persists after two weeks to call again for another application. He spoke with authority about the problem and I am well satisfied.

The specialist treated my trees and all my bushes. I was home that day and watched as he applicated my trees and bushes. He asked and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I am very satisfied.

After trying two other lawn services, I am finally happy to have found them for my lawn fertilizing needs. The quality is so much better than other companies I used. I am happy with the service I receive from Naturescape.

They did very Good. This is the second year I have used this company in this capacity and have been very satisfied. If I had a question, they would send someone out to check it right away and always returned phone calls promptly.
