IF YOU NEED A ROOFING COMPANY MUELLER ROOFING IS THE COMPANY, HAD MY ROOF DONE PHIL JR ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS, THE PRICE IS IN THE BALLPARK OF OTHERS BUT THE WORK IS AWESOME AND THE CREW I HAD WAS THE BEST, YOU WOULDNT EVEN KNOW I HAD A ROOF PUT ON WHEN THEY WERE DONE IT WAS SO CLEAN, IF I COULD GIVE THE 10 STARS I WOULD A+ FOR SURE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE WORK LINDA FRANKFORT IL

These guys installed the roof on our house, probably 15+ years ago. We have never had a need for them to come out.....until a few weeks ago when a leak appeared in our upstairs bathroom. They were very responsive and came right out to see what was going on. We still had snow on the roof and they weren't sure they were going to be able to get up to take look - so the two guys explored every option until they found a way to get it done - gotta like that. Once up there, they quickly found the issue, got it handled....fixed up a few other items and did an overall inspection to make sure all was well. Both guys were knowledgeable, explained what they found, the likely causes, etc.....I was quite impressed with the experience. Levi followed up with me twice to make sure all was well and to talk about some other things I wanted to get done. I intend to use these guys for some new gutters and a few other things they need addressing. BTW - the leak was caused by an Ice Dam that got under a couple of shingles. I would highly recommend these guys for anything roof, gutter, etc related.

Mueller roofing did a great job replacing our roof (due to hail damage). Phil was responsive and easy to work with, and his roofers worked quickly and professionally (cleaning up the entire area at the end of each day). The materials used also seemed to be of high quality, and the final result was a beautiful new roof. A couple small issues were quickly and easily resolved. I would definitely recommend!

very well. i have used them several times over the years. a new roof and gutters. i really trust them and they have provided me with excellent service.

The work itself was very good, but not the way it was handled. When the crew arrived, the head worker was surprised to find out I hadn't been offered an estimate yet, despite the work crew being ready to go, and since I'd sent photos of the work to be done to the company. The head worker called his manager, and I wan't offered a written estimate, only verbal. At this point, three of their guys were already at my house waiting to work, so I felt pressured to accept quickly. But that's on me, I needed to be more assertive and ask for a written estimate. Either way, afterward, Mueller also didn't give me a receipt for the work. I've called four times in the past few weeks asking for an itemized receipt of the transaction for my files, and have received no response beyond speaking with their operators. That seems like pretty basic documentation to honor for a client, especially when they're asking repeatedly. I can't really explain why a company would choose not to offer these sorts of documents to their clients. Add to list Edit

 The Mueller crew where very professional. They were on time every day and were dedicated, as a team, to doing things the right way. They did not leave at the end of the day until the area around my home was clean. The hot and humid conditions did not stop them from working at a steady pace throughout each day.

When the work was completed then the foreman walked around the house with me to determine if I was satisfied.

Our home is a real challenge for any roofing company with its large area of roof (almost 6000 square feet), severe roof pitches and numerous valleys.

There were some scheduling issues at the beginning due to rainy weather and other current projects that delayed the start of our roof work.  This created much frustration and impatience within my family, which nearly caused us to cancel the job and hire another contractor, as many of our phone calls were not returned.  However, our job was finally scheduled for a sunny day, the job was completed and well done.
Further, a week after the job was done, strong winds tore off approximately 6 new shingles from the roof.  I contacted Mueller to describe what happened and inquire if there was anything they could do.  I also mentioned a minor concern that I had with some of the metal trim along the roof edge.  Mueller crews promptly came back a few days later, replaced the missing shingles, secured the metal trim and even left some extra shingles for me to use if needed in the future, all at NO additional cost.

Phil was very responsive and provided a reasonably priced quote upon request. Date for roof job was set and work was completed in one day.

Was told they would arrive between 7 and 8 a..m.  Crew was at my front door a 7 a.m. sharp.  They tarped the driveway where their truck would be and tarped all vegetation around the house.  Crew was professional and focused on their job.  Was a windy day and the tar paper from the previous roof was blown into neighbors' yards.  All materials were chased down, picked up and discarded into trash barrels.  The grass area was rolled with a magnetic roller to pick up any nails that had fallen down.  Only one compliant, which was taken care of the very next day, and that was a failure to replace a bench=style planter back on the patio.  Otherwise a first-class job.  Would definitely use the again.

Removed old cedar siding.Wrapped house with moisture barrier and resided house with vinyl siding.Removed gutters and replaced with oversize gutters.Installed aluminum on eaves,fascia and soffet.Replaced broken stairway on rear deck.Replaced all exterior light fixtures.Did a beautiful job and cleaned up and hauled away all refuse.I would hire them again and I highly recommend them.

Had crew there when they said they would. Did excellent job and excellent cleanup of area when done. Sales and install people very friendly and professional.  Will definitely use them again when need roofing work done.

ldAdam came out and gave us an estimate which was about in the middle of all the other estimates we received.  His crew took down the old siding and replaced with new siding, trim etc.  They also replaced the garage door and trim and put in a new mail box for us. 
He was very pleasant and always called back when we ran into a few small problems.  His workers were pleasant worked really hard and did a great job.
I would not hesitate to use him again ... and refer him to anyone

They had a great price for a high quality product and they did excellent work.

After the work was "done" we had several storms and I found water coming in the house in the same place as before. Called Mueller the next day. Gave my info and what the problem was. That was a Tuesday. The following Monday I called again since I had not heard from them. Gave my info and what the problem was again. I have water damage in an upstairs bedroom from this leak and can't repair it until this leak is fixed. Wednesday morning I still had not heard back from them amd called another roofing contractor whose estimator called me back in one hour to set up a time and day for a estimate. Twenty minutes after I made the appointment with another contractor Mueller calls and leaves me a message. Too late. 9 days too late. Any trust or goodwill I had towards this company is long gone. I had Mueller give me an estimate for a new roof also, but they won't be getting my business when I have the money to do it.

Complete tear off and replacement of roof for three structures including two rows of water/ice sheeting.

I would recommend them. They did it on time, within budget, and did very good work. My overall experience with them was excellent. Their price and quality of work was good.

We called for an estimate and set up a date and time. They came within a week. The day of the estimate, the project manager called and said he would be late. We waited for him. He listened to what we wanted and had material to show us. He semed knowlegable and experienced. The price was comperable to other estimates. We chose a date a few weeks later for the work to be done. Due to rain the date was postponed by one day. The workers were on time and worked steadily.We had been told that the job would be done in one day, but they completed the roof and left with out a word about the gutters. The following afternoon the gutter team arrived and completed the job. The clean up was good. However, the gutters leaked in 3 different places and the soffit and facia in one area was damaged. We called the project manager the next week and reported the problem. No apology was given. He did send a worker the next morning to fix the issues.  The project manager called to see if the problems had been resolved and to arrange to pick up the check that same day. We waited for him and again he called and said he was running late. We left the check for him. Overall it went well.

They came out earlier than everybody to give an estimate. They also gave a $1000 discount. In the estimate the replacement of the fan in the ad deck was not included then they insisted me to that. Then they also did some gutter work for free. They also came out couple of times because I had concerns about various things. They were very accommodating. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. In fact I had some other things and he came out for that as well. I trust them. I felt that they did some other work that wasn’t in the agreement just for customer service. They are definitely concerned with customer satisfaction and word of mouth advertising. They seemed pretty honest and straight forward in dealing with them. They were prompt and worked according to my schedule. I was able to choose the brand of shingle that I wanted and they deal with lot of things. I looked them at Angie’s List and they had good ratings. They answered all the questions that I had.
