MOWER MAN

I didn't have to be here for the work to be done. They didn't know I had cameras around the house but it didn't matter because the gentleman got here and took care of business. He had to charge the battery to get the thing running. He even changed the blades out, cleaned the carburator and performed a total overhaul. He also left a copy listing all work that had been performed. They asked if I wanted a service contract so I purchased that because being a woman that does not know her way around motors, I thought 149.00 was a good buy. I saw that he tested the mower on the grass and left the key where he found it. The office was personable and professional. Like so many company's prior to this one, they didn't let me down. I used to have a lawn service that wasn't there for me like they said they would be during the snow and this is why I got a riding lawn mower. Now if it just stops raining, I'll be even happier. I can see why they got such great reviews.

The mower work was done and the mower came back all clean and worked better than last year.

Lawn mower runs just as good if not better than when first purchased. Only downfall was punctuality with returning the lawn mower, although he always phoned and informed us of his delay. The quality of his work on the mower makes up for is delayed punctuality.

Ben picked up the mower, performed the work within a week, and delivered the mower. He had also cleaned the machine. It looked and ran like new. Actually better than new since the deck was never really level. Couldn't ask for better work for a better price.
