Very well, very smooth, fairly priced. Mark definitely is not an up-seller. He took the time to really understand the project, our needs and our budget. We were even able to use the existing tracks from the old door. The installation went smoothly and the crew was very polite and professional. They were right on time with arrival and installation time frame. They did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. Three year warranty on parts, one year warranty on labor. It looks and works great!

Called the company who installed the garage door and they no longer perform service to residential customers. Scheduled an appointment with Middleton and the repair technician arrived on time and replaced the defective spring. Technician was polite, efficient, and cleaned up before he left. Garage door now performs flawlessly.

Couldn't have been better or easier. Technician  Mike was on time, had the parts on the truck, and completed task in a timely manner. Fast , knowledgeable, courteous. Very satisfied.

Never have had to have a garage door opener repaired, and having heard an "explosion" in our garage, we guessed the spring had broken.  Checked online, called a nearby local company about 8:15 am.  Very pleasant woman in the office answered my questions, and scheduled an appointment for that very afternoon.  Promptly at 1pm a man arrived, introduced himself as the owner of the family-owned business, was very pleasant and friendly, diagnosed the problem, went to work and in short order had us back up and running.  He took time to lube the rails and the door has never been quieter.
Price seemed equitable and overall I could not have been more satisfied.  Hope I don't need their service again soon, but I sure know who I will call, and will certainly recommend Middleton Overhead Doors to all my neighbors and friends.

I called to schedule appt. Appt. was completed as discussed. Made arraignments to pay bill over the phone because I travel. Trustworthy and dependable. This is the second time I've used Middleton. I email another vendor on Angies list and they never responded. Middleton will be my only service provider for this type of work.

The door would not work on the coldest day of the year so far. They had replaced the door a few years ago and we called them. They were out within an hour and fixed the door on a Friday afternoon.
