+ -1 moreThey went above and beyond my expectations. My 2 year old granddaughter and I went to Merlin,s as my muffler was falling off. This auto is a 1999 Chevy Malibu, so I didn't want to put a whole lot of money into it. We were walk-ins so I wasn't sure exactly what to expect. They DROVE (it was so loud) into the shop and took a look. We were able to watch Gramma's car go up on the lift. They mechinac took a look and came out to explain the situation. The muffler was the only problem and could be replaced quickly and cheaply. They did and I'm just thrilled to pieces. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need or pressure me even to get the muffler there.
