landline phone service, phone repair
 + 0 moreOverall the line was reattached but 1/2 of the lines from the house to the new box do not work. The telephone company wants to say its an internal problem in the house so that I have to pay for the tech. The tech attached the line to a new box but did not attach all the lines from the house to the box.
Description of Work: The telephone line dropped from the utility pole to the connection going to my home. People thought it was a live powere line. I called Mcleod USA to inform them of what was going on. They sent someone out the next day from AT&T because mcleod subs everything out when it comes to repairs. The tech. attached the line the way it should be but did not connect all the lines running from the house to the box.
