Left a message with receptionist who took all my info including address for the estimate. Received a call the next day from Marty, who said he would be out later that afternoon for the estimate, and never showed. I was home and never left. I was not given an exact time, but was told he would take a measurement of the area for the estimate. Never received an estimate, phone call, or email......absolutely nothing! Highly disappointed, especially being told he was coming that afternoon. Very poor customer service!
