I felt as though we were grossly overcharged for the service. It cost approximately $500.00 to have the carpet cleaned in my 27 by 13 foot living room. Furthermore, the stains in my carpet returned after the cleaning.

I was very pleased. The gentleman went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with the work. Additionally, I appreciated that he was honest when telling me he may not be able to remove the futon's stains. That didn't turn out to be an issue, however, since the carpets and the futon turned out great.

I do not yet have my area rugs back, but they did an amazing job on the wall-to-wall carpet & stairs. They were even able to get out ground-in stains from our late dog made a mess. I would use them again without hesitation.

I called K & T Chem-dry the week before and we scheduled a date that worked for both of us.
Tim arrived on time and with all the equipment needed. We need our down stairs cleaned and the grand kids room. The company was actually able to remove some of the badly in-bedded stains. They moved the two love seats out of their way, placed styrofoam under the legs of the couches so the metal would not rust. I was advised of certain areas that we both knew would be cleaned but the "stain" would remain. K & T also followed up with a survey which gave them a good grade. I have used this company in the past a will continue to use them in the future.
