He and his crew did a wonderful job keeping everything on schedule and, every day when they were through for the day, we could eat off the floors. He is extremely detail oriented, a true perfectionist. He is very easy to work with and walks "the extra mile". We are very happy we hired Denny and would highly recommend him.

The remodeling was done on a house built in 1942 with a 1970 addition. There were surprises but Kelbus construction was prepared for all of them. They specialize in older homes and know how to handle the surprise that typically come with them. They provided an extend overhang and copper gutters with an decorative element that still leaves me breathless. The side came out perfect and the front porch is beautiful. The remodeling work had to be done in conjunction with a relandscaping effort too. Kelbus Construction had no problem working with a crew not of their own.
The job site was always left clean and the crew had a minimal intrusion on our day to day activities. Works were friendly and professional. Billing was clear and never a surprise.
Bottom line is that this remodel went very well and the results were beyond my expectations. Kelbus Constructions was also true to there quote. Pricing was always clear and accurate. They also made sure we knew of the newest technology that would make our home more comfortable and less costly to heat and cool. I would use then again without second thought.

They are very profession, took the time to match the color, power washed it, and ground it down. I was just very impressed and I'm going to use them again for some other projects.
