We approached Dave on a referral from a friend for the purchase of our first home. Dave is very personable and patient and was able to answer all the questions we had. Dave was able to provide qualified referrals for everything we needed, from an attorney to a locksmith. Dave even made sure we were kept up to date on the process while we were out of town. We wouldn't hesitate to use Dave again when it's time to sell our current residence and buy the next.
