I emailed J&A and explained that my carpet needed to be refastened in several locations. They got back to me very quickly and explained what they could do that would resolve the problem. They were able to come out on a Saturday which worked great for my schedule. They arrived just as they scheduled. The 2 gentlemen repaired/tacked and reattached my carpet in several locations, including one I added, and were done within 90 minutes. They cleaned up everything. I was very happy with the outcome and would definitely hire them again.

Excellent work in stretching carpet, helped us find best match for carpet to go with old carpet in rooms off the long hall. Professional,punctual,trustworthy,pleasant. Would recommend and use again.
