The first team showed up to clean the furnace. They changed the electrical going to my furnace and caused it to stop working. The circut boads went bad and they cleaned nothing. The second time they showed up was to bring me space heaters because my house was freezing cold. The third team showed up and fixed the heater finally and began the insulation process. During the insulating process they blew out my bathroom wall filling my bath tub with insultaion and breaking the tub surround. They gave me $50 gift card for Home depot to help with the repairs. It cost me out of my pocket $300 additional to fix my bathroom. The fourth time they showed up they finished the job and then just packed up and left without letting me know they were leaving this caused my dogs to be locked in a bedroom for an additional hour before I realized the team was no longer here. Professionals they are not.
