HOME ENERGY CONTROL INC

I called this company because they are local and had a fairly informative website. The owner's credentials are impressive too, so I thought that I'd give them a call. I wanted to get an estimate for attic insulation and also possibly an energy audit (infra red and blower door test to see where our house needed some help). I was told that they were at some type of conference or something like that and would get back to me on Monday (August 29, 2010)............ I'm still waiting! I figure that if a company has that little regard for a customer before they get my money, how's the service going to be after they get it? I'm not saying that they do a bad job at what they do, but they need to work on getting the jobs first (or maybe they're just so busy that they don't need my work! ;)) If that's the case, in this economy, great for them! On the plus side though, the lady who answered the phone was Very Professional and answered every question that I had. UPDATE: After posting this, I heard back from them with a estimate. We decided not to go with them because of their lack of punctuality.
