"I received a call in July 2020 about a buckled floor in dining room from water leak,I recommend calling insurance company because all including living room should be replaced. I also explained some insurance companies will also pay for hotel,furniture storage and other things you would not expect. 6 months later I receive call that all worked out well with claim. New materials were delivered and all work was done according to contract. After completing job owner decides new base should be installed because the new floors are "beautiful". I said cost of labor to remove old base and install new was $300. She would have to pick out and pay for whatever product she wanted. A cheap big box product was picked out by owner because everything else was not in budget. We installed twisted base according to her request and she was disappointed as we were with outcome. I said we would remove and replace base at no cost but she would have to pay for new base. She chose solid oak at a cost of$300 and expected me to pay for. Now everything turns bad with job, bad install,wrong color,broke heat system, broke light bulb in basement, no communication, outsourced,all bad nothing is any longer beautiful. Also this review was given over 1 Year after completing job. On Angi Leads I have a 4.86 rating with 173 5 star reviews out of 188 total that speak for themselves. I feel bad but there is nothing I can do about this review but am grateful for 173 great ones."
