Pool and Spa Servicing
We have used this provider, John is the owner, several times over the past two years.
He has never had the best customer service skills but we put up with it because he seems to know what he is doing and his prices are pretty good.
The last visit was the final straw however.
He was 1:15 late, did not call to inform us of that inconvenience, and did not even return my call after I phoned him to ask what the delay was 45 minutes past our scheduled appointment time.
When he did show up he was very rude and took his frustration at being late out on me, the homeowner.
He also seems to do just what is required and no more. By that I mean he seems to give little or no thought to the customers.
We refuse to give money to someone who rewards our business with such disdain and immaturity.
We will not be using him in the future and would not recommend him.
