We were unable to create the opening on the scheduled day because the weather was uncooperative. Patrick and Mike re-arranged their schedule at the last minute to ensure that they would be able to work with the window contractor to finish the project. Their work was precise and the clean-up perfect. I wouldn't hire anyone else to work on my house.

Don and one of his sons arrived a few minutes early on the day on the project. They double checked their measurements against the existing sill to confirm the new sill was the correct size. They got to work removing the old sill and it is was out in minutes. They then measured the depth the new sill would need to be and found the space was not as deep as they had guessed since there was not a way to measure the depth until the old one was removed. Luckily, they were prepared for this as they pulled out a saw and cut the sill to the correct size. Before starting the cutting, they had me close my garage door and windows so dust did not get in. I appreciated their thoughtfulness as I had no idea that so much dust would be generated.
They completed their installation and cleaned up in no time. The new sill looks great and since I was replacing the door in a few weeks, I was much happier for them to change the sill while I had the old door in instead of doing it on the new door. They may be Pros but no sense taking any chances. It was actually a suggestion Don made when quoting the project but he must have been reading my mind.
