Horribly. First thing he didn't do was when he put the dry wall up he didn't plumb the walls. Second thing was even though the walls were not plumb he started setting tile. The tile was to go up the walls 3 feet but he told us that because the house was so old the walls were not made for the tile to go up so high. Where 2 of the walls came together at the bottom where the bathtub is he left a 3/4 inch gap in the dry wall and the bath tub. He was going to tile over it, but left for 2 weeks on vacation. The problem began when he didn't plumb the walls but he wouldn't admit to his mistake, it was the house he said. Then he put concrete board down for the floor and covered up the floor vent. We took down the tile (it was ruined) and the dry wall and did it over. The studs were sistered with other 2x4's made plumb and after 4 weeks and approximately $3000.00 later, over what I gave him it is done.
