D'ARCY BUICK GMC

Apparently it didn't  go too well, my Yukon Denali has been in to D'Arcy for the same trouble code four times now and the check engine light is on again. The girls at the service desk are always snotty when I go to pick up my vehicle, this time was no different. When I asked why my bill was so high they told me it was becuse I was being charged for the loaner car. I asked to see the service adviser and he came up and verified that I was indeed charged for the "loaner" car. I was called about a week later by the service manager, he wanted to know if I was contacted by GM was there any reason that I  could not give a positive feedback. I related my experience to him and he said he would look into it and get back to me, he never did. 
Time to take it somewhere else!

Went well, done in a timely manner.  Have been dealing with D'Arcy Motors since the 80s.

Nick, the salesperson stayed with us for a long time to help us find a car.  He even picked me up a few times to take me to cars to try out.  He did not work on commission.  We were not pressured.  He let us use his computer so we could look up the model on Consumer Reports.

They supply a beverage area, nice restrooms.

Nice location.

When I returned with the car for them to install the cross bars on the car roof, an employee drove me back and forth to Joliet Mall while I waited for the care.

They sent someone to my house to put a sticker in my car that they needed to do.  They did not want me to have to drive to Joliet for the sticker.

They were very knowledgeable and very willing to negotiate. They seemed very fair and I felt very comfortable buying a car from them. I would absolutely use them again.

They did a great job with my car because they got it all done in your time, everything was working, for everything that they had to do, they did in a great fashion. They took care of your cars and that they are very knowledgeable.

Their service department is very friendly and knowledeable. they go above and beyond to make sure you leave with piece of mind that your vehical is care for.
