I am a self-worth strategist with the Woman school. I strategically mentor women to a life of wholeness. I empower them to have a growth mindset to rebuild their self-worth and employ the practical tools they need for designing and becoming their best self in every arena of their life. We strive for wholeness, confidence, and health by integrating and strengthening all parts of ourself. I am a mother of 3, wife of 17 years, and have worked with youth and their families for 18 years. I am kind, passionate, a great listener and will be your biggest encourager!
