Description of Work: First time investor. Wasn't sure where to go or how to proceed. Celtic spent a lot of time explaining the process for finding a tenant and what responsibilities they would oversee. A tenant was found in less than 3 weeks and Celtic thoroughly checked him out. I didn't have to do anything. There have been a few hiccups with my property and Celtic has referred a great contractor who did the work quickly and for a fair price.

 + -1 moreI'm still using them. Its a contract for a rental home. they are taking 7 and a half percent. We had kind of a rocky start at first but they have rallied back. There's a very long period of time between phone calls. Whenever we've had to meet, they've been there. To be honest with you, I am looking to maybe replace them because now, I have two other management companies that manage two other properties for me and quite frankly, they are the worst of the three.
