On two occasions over the last few weeks, I left voice mails and e-mails to come out and check things for me. They have never responded back to me at all. Also, another aspect of the service that we didn't like is that they used a lifter to bring up shingles to the top of the roof in bundles. They smacked all of their supplies on the roof that would shake everything and cause alot of noise. It scared my dogs and it even made one of the lights in my garage crash down and break.
