I highly recommend CALTEMP, Inc. Heating & Cooling. Upon calling the company, I received an Immediate response, same day inspection and prompt service. The following day the furnace and chimney liner were installed. The men were very Professional, knowledgeable, extremely hard working, efficient, and friendly. All my concerns and questions were answered to my satisfaction. A Coleman efficiency furnace was installed. Before and during installation they reviewed all the work that needed to be done. Upon completion of the furnace installation, a full review of the furnace operation was discussed and I received hands on training. I'm also receiving a 10 year warranty on parts and labor. I am really pleased with CALTEMP, Inc. and highly recommend this Company. I'm writing this on behalf of my Mother Lucy Golda, as I was with her both days.

Absolutely wonderful company to do business with! Quick response time, very professional and prices are as quoted. We hired them to replace our A/C unit in our home and were so pleased with their work we hired them again when our furnace needed replacing. Highly recommended.

Absolutely excellent! could not have asked for more. They encountered some very old convectors in our very old home and would not leave until every single one was repaired and working, after removing the old boiler and installing the new one. They worked from 8:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. Highly recommend. We have also used them for a commercial building - the best!

On Sunday I was using the hedge trimmer to cut weeds down near the side of the house. I accidentally cut the freon line to my central air. I stepped away let the freon escape and went to get my electrical tape. From the outside of the house i turned the power switch off and taped the cut ends of the copper line to prevent anything from getting inside. I came inside and signed up to angie list. I began my search by looking for contractors within a five mile radius of my house. I called everyone on that list with the exception of one. I had 3 actually come out and give me an estimate. I chose CALTEMP INC HEATING AND COOLING. They called and asked if it was ok to come out that day around 6pm exceeding my expectations by coming sooner my actual appointment was for today 7/22/14.  I thought i had to replace the whole line but they saved me money by suggesting I have them coupled instead. while trying to couple the two ends he noticed the line was loose on the threaded end another potential problem. He informed me that could take more time since the unit was made to go on but not come off (a problem with older units) A small modification was made and the unit was brazed in order to complete that part of the job not part of original problem. After the brazing on my line was complete the unit was refilled with the freon. He waited to make sure the unit took the freon and also checked the temperature coming out of the vents inside the house. once everything was complete I was completely satisfied. They exceeded my expectations on the work needed to repair my mistake and my wife was able to come home to a cool house, thanks to them I have a happy wife and a happy life. I would recommend CALTEMP INC HEATING AND COOLING. They get the job done.

They are excellent.  They are very professional.  They did the job at the price that they quoted.  They cleaned up, and they went off.

It was great. They were very good at diagnosing the problem and were very responsive to me. This saved me the added cost of purchasing a new part for the unit. They also explain things to me very well.

I have used this service for my furnace and air conditioner and recently recommended them to a neighbor who was also satisfied. 

I called to get my furnace cleaned. He (Bob) arrived on time, and cleaned and checked my furnace. My nephew was supposed to take of cleaning the filter on a regular basis and I was informed by Bob, that he did not do a good job. Bob told me how remove and clean the filter and/or use disposable filters which he felt did a better job. He was pleasant and informative (which I really appreciated) and after he left, half an hour later, I called my nephew and gave him an earfull. I am definitely using this company again.

They have been good. They always did well, and I liked that when I had an issue they told me honestly what was wrong with it. They gave me some inside tips on the furnace so I could fix it myself the next time it happened, which I really appreciated. We would certainly use them again.

They came when promised and were careful with our home to not get it dirty. They were very professional and had very good prices. We will be using them again.

We did a big remodeling job and needed to have air return vents added to the house. They did a great job. They were able to get the boxes done, and installed in time. I like the way they make sure that your calls are answered in a timely manner. The fact that they are so receptive is part of the reason that we signed a service contract with them also. They come to the house twice a year and service the furnace and the air conditioning. They change the filters and check all the electronic components.

One thing I love about this company is that they call and remind me when it's time to service my units. They are just honest. I mean, really, they could be telling me anything really and I wouldn't know the difference, but they don't and that's why I like them so much. They are professional, honest, fair, and they charge you right. They are just great.

I HAVE USED CALTEMP SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS. EVEN THOUGH I HAVE MOVED FARTHER AWAY THEY STILL GIVE ME GREAT SERVICE.
