They were supposed to arrive between 10 and 12. When they had not arrived by noon and we had not heard from them, we followed up with their dispatcher at least 3 times and finally heard from the actual installer. They arrived at 3 pm and finished after 7 pm. The installer said that they were very much behind on today's jobs and he apologized. My argument was we should have received phone calls from their dispatcher and installer when they could not meet the scheduled arrival time, rather than us having to follow up. It seems that their dispatchers do a good job scheduling projects, but once that is done, it is up to the installer to follow up. And this installer only called when he was on his way, no matter how long we had been waiting for him. Also, the installer used his personal phones, so when I saw the number there was no way to link that to Best Comfort, which was frustrating. They could do a much better job with scheduling and following up on customers.

He told me that it was going to $85 for installation. Then once he left he told me $135 instead, he was going to charge me for the time it took and then also the drive time/ coming out. He is sending over the payment and I am not going to pay $155 when he quoted me $85. I know the problem and it should have not costed this much. The technician was pushy about the payment because he wouldnt take card.

"Mr. [Member Name Removed] You were not present during the quotation service visit. Your soon to be x-wife is whom we were working with. The tech explained the process and cost, your "soon to be x-wife" agreed and signed the "Authorized to Start Work Agreement", and the work we agreed on was completed, we have heard no complaints about the work or quality. As you know; you were the "Bill to" party in this. What ever arrangements you and your "Soon to be x-wife" have in regards of this home between the two of you, is not for us to know or understand, telling us you're SOB story does not mean we can change the pricing because you are going trough difficulties in your marriage or personal life. Many customers have issues in there life of their own, and when a home repair comes about, it seems to them as if the whole world is coming down on them. This we understand we are all working class people here whom also own homes and have very limited funds. We are sorry you had or have an misunderstanding of communication with your "soon to be x-wife", but our rates are what they are and they were not disagreed on. We can not allow you to dictate what you want to pay us based on your financials or willingness. We will not be out to refund you $35.00 as you deemed to us over the phone because $100.00 is all you felt we were worth after the fact/completed job, we will not be cleaning your furnace and providing you with a "Free Filter". We will not allow you to use "Angies list" to bully companies like us and many more, just because you are a paying member as we are as well. Angies List does not set the example of If you choose contractors from the list, you will be able to dictate what you will pay or you are getting multi line discounts on services or goods. They do offer flat rate promotions that you can obtain by purchase, but this service we provided was not one of those promotions. I called Best Comfort Heating and Cooling to service my air conditioner/furnace after calling several companies. They came out to my home to provide service at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. They were very professional, honest and very neat. I am very happy that I found a honest company that cares about their customers and their schedules. I definitely would recommend and call them again.

We were never so grateful for Trey from Best Comfort to come at 2:30 am and fix our AC Unit on such a hot day. Despite having it be 2:30 am he came with a smile and was the most friendly and kindest person to us. We could not be more thankful for him to come and get it back up and going for us. We would recommend Best Comfort 100%

We can't recommend them enough. Amazingly, we were quoted a price, and there was no scope creep; the price was exactly as quoted ? this is a rare occurrence in my experience. Our technician was very amicable, and got right to business, and he was more than willing to accommodate an unusual schedule. Whenever we have any trouble with these units, Best Comfort Heating and Cooling will be the only company we call. Thanks!

I called them on Sunday at the last minute they came over and assess the situation and gave me an estimate There a quick complete very professional very polite very clean and very conscious of their surroundings they replaced both systems and did a wonderful job We could not of been happier with our choice we would recommend this company to anyone they follow up and did everything they promised we could not be happier our money was well spent

After calling the main line (it was a Sunday) received a response they were headed out to look at unit. Renter was not home so they were not able to get inside to see what the issue could be. Outdoor unit was running fine. They wound up coming back after renter got home at 9:00pm on a Sunday!!! Was able to a**** the issue. Highly recommend!! The fact that they worked on our schedule on a Sunday no less tells me I am super confidant to have chosen them for my AC issues.
