Tom was on time. He spent a lot of time organizing how he would best attack the bug issues and even pulled back dirt and debris that was up against the outside of the house to get a better application. We were very impressed.

He was very thorough. He came back to make sure he removed the varmint and then came back to make sure there was nothing else going on. He also said that he went through and found how the rats could get in and helped us to clean up the area and patch it up, so that they can't get in anymore. I would use his service in the future.
