Ashley Furniture

Two guys came out to deliver our furniture,. they brought the couches in and then the end tables and coffee tables. The tables were wobbly and my husband asked how they are tightened. the guy pretended to not speak English and had them sign for the furniture. they left with my living room full of garbage. My husband had to clean up and fix the tables. I spoke to a manager and she had the people ahead of delivery call me. The girl that called said she talks to this driver all the time and he speaks very good English. she stated they would send us a check for the delivery service that we paid for. I am still waiting for that check I will never go back there within a week Ashley called us said they allegedly mailed a check to us which we never received. they also stated the check was never cashed. I don't know where they sent it they have our correct address as the furniture is sitting in our living room. they said they would send another check........ Still waiting for that mysterious check ... I still have not heard from these people. I have told a couple of my friends to stay away from Ashley and have convinced them to do so as they were shopping for furniture. I wish I never stepped foot in their store. they lied to me twice about returning my money for that horrible delivery service they gave.
