Arranged to come to my home 2 days after contacting him. Agreed on approximate time of around 4PM. ; called to let me know he was r
running a little late which I appreciated and arrived around 4{ 20.At first, Andy suspected a bad power supply, which he replaced and I subsequently paid for, but within a few days, my PC started to lock up again.
He then picked the PC up again and performed diagnostics for several weeks. He found various capacitors which appeared to be overheated. He then rebuilt my PC and even put in an extra hard drive, all of which was at no additional cost to me, given that I had already paid for the power supply.
The PC has been running fine ever since.
Extremely pleased with Andy and his professionalism.
