Perfect...very efficient...crew works well together!

I was given 11:00 to 13:30 window. Crew arrived at 13:15 and left at 14:10, only 55 minutes from puling into my driveway till they took payment and drove away. They were doing everything in such a rush that they left door stop and metal cutting snips in the house and never bothered to comeback. After crew left there was so much dust coming from the vents that I was able to fill it in my mouth. They left a lot of dirt on the furnace air filter, when I took air filter out I had to use a broom and a large scoop just to get all the dirt that came out with it to the garbage bucket. I changed air filter, but dust was still coming from the vents. I found clogs of dirt in the three out of seven vents. I have pictures, but I don't know how to put images into review.
After all that I called them and they returned money in two weeks after few additional calls and pictures.

ctVery professional and went above and beyond! Loved the pride he took in his business and enjoyed his work. I was excited to see the DIRT with the camera he had and of course I need all details. He took his time to explain the work he was performing, the cool truck. He did extra work at no cost. Since we just moved into this home, we were unaware of how dirty the ductwork was with the pet hair etc. He also repaired some of the detached ductwork and showed us were it needed to be repaired, etc. We asked for additional work of a disinfectent be applied throughout the whole system. It was a nice scent and we know it is clean.
HIRE HIM AGAIN! In a heartbeat, the magnet is on the refrigerator for future use. IF we had carpet we would hire too.

After shopping around, I told our new neighbors about our situation and she immediately gave us Advance's #. I called and we set up a back to back appointment the next week. The truck (on the website) came on time, with no break after our neighbor's house, and walked me through pretty much every step of what they were doing. Any section removed from the duct work was replaced and secured. They showed me how filthy the furnace was, which was pretty nasty. From what I can tell, it was tons cleaner when they were finished. The guys were finished in under 2 hours. No real messes during or after. My wife and I are no longer prone to nasty coughing fits. Please don't fall for any Groupon ads like I did. Advance is the real deal. I'd definitely hire them again. Cheers.

This company has been wonderful. I have been using this company for years. They are very thorough in the cleaning of your carpeting. Their customer service is exceptional. They will take the time to answer any questions and make sure that you are satisfied. I would recommend this company to anyone.
