We called Rossin on 11/3/2021 about our ice maker in our side by side refrigerator/freezer now filling or making ice. 11/4/2021 he arrived, very friendly and seemed very confident in the issue and replaced the ice maker assembly collected his check of $255 and left. He did not wait to see fill cycle or even a dry test run. Later that same even the ice maker was completely frozen up with water coming out front of door. Called him immediately and informed him of the issue. He returned 11/5/2021 and replaced “new” part with another. Again, he did not test anything and left. Ice maker was now just making one solid slab of ice and not stripping out. We called him back and he stated he would have to order more parts. On 11/22/2021 we still haven’t heard back from him and we had family coming in for thanksgiving. On 12/2/2021 called him AGAIN as we still haven’t heard from him about status of parts or his plan of returning. He stated still waiting on part and planned to call Monday Us back 12/6/2021. Monday came and went and no show, no call. 12/13/2021 we called him and told him we would like our money back and for him to come retrieve his wrong part he installed. He stated he would call later that afternoon to set up appointment to make refund and retrieve part. AGAIN no word! 12/15/2021 I called him and asked what the issue was and he said he’d be by tomorrow to settle up. He FINALLY shows up, takes his part out, lays $200 on the counter and says the labor is non-refundable (what labor?! Labor should be when he fixes the problem-not just throw parts at it) then my wife notices he took the on/off arm with him that belonged to our original part. She immediately calls him to tell him we would like our part back and his response was when you order your new one it will come with one.....it doesn’t matter, that is OUR part! I completely understand things happen, parts are delayed these days and this is what prompted our patience. But this joker is UNACCEPTABLE! Poor service all the way around!

He knew immediately what the problem was and had the part in his truck to replace it. Speedy job, neat, and fair price. Way less than Sears would have charged.

It was very good. I used them a second time. He is always very prompt. He is a guy that has a lot of experience working on a lot of different types of appliances. A lot of the older ones were not electronic and he has worked on appliances when they were not electronic to the ones that are electronic. So he has a really good history of how these appliances work. He is real knowledgeable. Both times he has come out to my house he explained to me exactly what was going on before he did the repairs. Then he had parts with him that he was able to repair the refrigerator without having to go back to his shop or go to one of the stores to get parts. That made it convenient for him to do the repairs and it didn't take long either time.

Mr. Rossin was very professional and has a lot of experience with the type of Maytag appliances we have.  We were extremely pleased with the results and have had no problems since he repaired both the freezer and refrigerator.

Provider was pleasant and efficient. He clearly knew his business. I've been burned with appliance repair in this geographic area before with the same problem,so Rossin was a welcome change.

Unlike the company I had check the fridge before, he actually diagnosed the problem (instead of guessing) and actually fixed it. Great service, very nice and professional.

One of the bushings on the door hinge had not been placed on the hinge but was just lying inside the door.  He could have simply replaced the latch but he went the extra step of finding out why the failure occurred and fixed the problem so it wouldn't fail again 4 or 5 years down the road. This investigation of the cause of the problem and not just simply fixing the apparent problem showed me that this was a serviceman that would go above and beyond.
