We presented architect plans for a Lake Geneva, WI home design never built before. Konrad Construction worked with us even though we were 2,200 miles away in California. This home and lot layout was far from a simple project. The back elevation alone is 50 ft from ground to chimney. We personally interviewed 8 home builders/contractors. We settled upon Konrad Custom Homes, Inc.
Konrad Construction, Jason Konrad, the owner, was in constant daily, sometimes hourly contact with my wife and I from start to finish. We tested Jason Konrad's abilities through a tight time line, budget constraints, and poor weather. Jason Konrad allowed my wife and I complete discretion and open book policy in terms of choosing not only our materials but trades people.
We broke ground late August, 2012 and officially moved in March 5, 2015. Konrad Construction professionalism, responsiveness to our concerns, and integrity, proved we made the correct choice of builders. As I type this review today, Jason Konrad still responds promptly to any and quot;fine tuningand quot; or questions we may have, and proves he will honor all fit and finish going forward.
We highly recommend Konrad Custom Homes, Inc. and will be happy to provide a professional reference at anytime.
