I used them two months ago. They get to you promptly. They do the job neatly and cleanly. They seem to do a good job. The chimneys work all right. One time we had a chimney fire and they did a good job of fixing that. They are reliable.

Overall, they did a good job. I have used this company before and this time there were two people that did the work. They did not keep me informed on where they were working or anything. They also got my carpet dirty, so I had to have it cleaned later. I wish they would have talked or explained things to me a little more because I would have rolled up my carpets before they did the work.

This is the fourth time we've used them, and they have done a good job every time. They bring in tarps to protect the area around the stove and use a shop vac to clean the stove and pipe from inside the house. Then they clean the chimney from the outside. It took them about an hour and a half to do both chimneys. One of them was almost totally blocked with creosote build-up.
